IMPACTS OF GLOBALIZATION ON EMPLOYMENT

Globalization is the increase in economic relationships between countries. It is an essential key to both labour relations and employment significantly in the united states and globally. Globalization tends to integrate all countries to follow one rule. The vision is that all countries become one and follow similar processes. Free trade is a form of removing all obstacles of business. Fairtrade includes public health, labour, the environment together with other standards in the agreements of trading and power to press trade penalties on nations that go against the set policies Globalization reduces the influence of labour on the other hand free trade allows consumers together with producers to have an advantage of differentiation. Attaching such standards prevents “race to the bottom” along with the ability of workers to use labour, which is affordable than what is regularly at their disposal.(Budd, 2013, p.394)

Then they spoke and said, “Come, and let us create a city for us, containing a tower which will reach the heavens, to form a name for the people involved; if not, we will find ourselves scattered in all the earth.”But God Almighty came down to have a look at the city and tower human-made. Then he said, “If they speak in the same language, nothing will hinder their plans. The Lord said, come, let us go down and confuse their language in the order they do not understand one another.”The Lord dispersed them all over the world, and the building of the tower stopped. Babel is the name it given to it since God confused the language of the world as a whole. From there, the Lord scattered them to different parts(Genesis 11:4-9 NIV).

Attempting to build a tower in the rebellion of God to make the earth full is a form of Globalization.God responded by changing their languages for them to disperse all over the world. God has declared that man is supposed to fill the earth(Genesis 9:1). Man rebelled God’s command to spread out. Despite the efforts of man, the purpose of God prevailed.
