In organizations that you have been a part of what kind of ethical detail would have best suited their purposes? Can ethical codes be constraining or counterproductive? Please provide examples if available where codes may have or may not have been useful.2. Identify and discuss at least three leadership traits that you deem essential to ethical leadership. Do any one of the leadership styles we have studied thus far tend to embody these essential traits? Conversely, please identify and discuss at least three negative leadership traits that make ethical leadership difficult.
