Compose a condensed business plan for your chosen business venture

STEP 1: Complete the necessary research to compose a condensed business plan for your chosen business venture idea. The business plan you will ultimately create for this assignment should follow the general framework provided in your textbook. In order to build this business plan you will need to complete market research and analysis, consider the economics of the business, develop a marketing strategy, consider your development and operations plans, identify your venture team, identify risks and assumptions, develop a schedule, and consider your financial plan.

STEP 2: Using your research, formulate the business plan. Your business plan should be an 8-10 page, double-spaced Microsoft Word document using the Template provided.

Additional Information: my chosen venture idea is for a children’s indoor playground that will be located in Drayton Valley, Alberta, Canada(https://www.draytonvalley.ca/tourism-information/) there are no other facilities in the town, only two gymnastics clubs and an indoor pool. The playground will consist of the usual items: climbing structure, slides, ball pit, toddler area, small cafe with tables, a small birthday room etc. The plan is for a college course but it’s an entry level course so it doesn’t need to be too wordy or professional. I can also give you access to the textbook if you would like. it’s “Canadian entrepreneurship” by D.Balderson.

Remember, ensure that the pages are exclusive of the cover and the reference pages. Also, ensure that you include all the references you use in finding research for this assignment paper. References should be at least three for the paper. All references, citation, and writing should follow the APA formatting and styling guidelines. Finally, ensure you focus on the assignment topic in detail.
