Conduct a human resource organizational analysis of an organization with which you are familiar. Explore salient HR issues present within the organization by interviewing the HR administrator. Identify a key issue of concern along with relevant demographic information, current structures and policies, and operating norms. Issues may include workforce recruitment, development, evaluation, retention, succession planning, or similar topics. Next, research best practices that relate to the identified issue and current practices using relevant scholarly resources. Compare and contrast the practices to create a paper of at least 8 pages, including:

A brief description of the organization’s background
Basic overview of the HR issue
Summary and comparison of best practices, from industry-related or peer-review journals, relevant to the issue
Comparison of current organizational practices with best practices from the literature
Recommendation and rationale
