Formal Report Assume you’ve been hired by Mia Marks, a wealthy young woman who recently inherited a significant amount of money, who is interested in becoming an entrepreneur. She has worked in a real estate office in the past but does not have significant business experience. She is contemplating purchasing an ice cream franchise or opening her own and starting from scratch.
In your report, present the pros and cons of purchasing a franchise versus starting from scratch, the personality type best suited for each avenue (meaning, some types of people will be more successful opening a franchise while others will be more successful starting on their own), and an overview of the top three ice cream franchises in case she decides to go that route. Use your research to support your recommendation.
