I have already found 5 promoters, so I need you to help me to Find another two promoters (one in plant and the other one could be in any organism) .

Find a promoter expresses a gene specifically in the mid and late developmental stages, thus we can utilize it to express RNAi constructs later.

A promoter should meet following conditions.

Not active in the early stages, but in the mid and late stages

Should be active in the leaf tissue

Should not be affected by environment

I gave you examples that you have to follow, please check the Excel file.

Once you find the promoters I need you to find the rest of things in the Excel file pros+cons…..etc

Also, I need you to write about the mechanism with very well explanation.
