This week, we are going to focus on key tools like Porter’s Five Forces. Porter’s Five Forces was developed by Michael Porter, a Harvard Business professor, and the key five areas include threat of new entry, bargaining power of suppliers, bargaining power of buyers, threat of substitutes, competitive rivalry, and rivalry among existing customers.

Please make sure to read chapter three in the ebook and this week you have an assignment due as well. I will share a video with you on some tips for completing this assignment. For this assignment, you will need to start working on it early in the week as you will be writing a strategic plan for the healthcare organization of your choice.
