There is a decision tree at the bottom to select from that says Decision Point 1.   Please select one of the three options to treat the patient at the bottom according to your last name.  You will then be taken through subsequent assessments based upon your initial selection.   

Third option: Last name starts with A – H – this group will select Razadyne 4 mg PO BID

After you select the assigned option in Decision point one, you are then free to select the subsequent decision points with whatever you feel is in the patient’s best interest.
