Working in the workplace can be a difficult task at times. These workplaces involve a diverse group of people, with very diverse attitudes, personalities, and emotions. With all this variety, how do work attitudes impact others in the workplace and job performance? The relationship between the two has been a vital topic in workplaces for years. Understanding this relationship between the two will hopefully identify factors that influence these work attitudes and the impact on co-workers and help find some solutions to improve both.
This research will include the concept of attitudes, their effects on co-workers and job performance, and their correlation with moods and emotions. Qualitative research such as statistical data including numerical data and graphs will be utilized to show the relationship. This information will be able to help management to improve employee satisfaction and productivity.
Several methods will be used to collect the data to present the most effective research available. If available, the research will be collected from several sources such as magazines, internet articles, textbooks, journals, and podcasts. Using this wide range of sources, a sufficient analysis of all the data should give clear recommendations for work attitudes and their impact on co-workers and job performance.
