In this observation, the client was observed in the classroom with a very student. For most of the day he participated in each of his activities without an issue. However, the BHT has mentioned that the client tends to be on his best behavior when the BC is around. He tends to show how great of individual that he is. The client started out doing a activity at his work space. While completing the activity at his workspace the client was able to complete the activity. However, it did take the client awhile to complete the activity because he wanted to get it right. If he didn’t get it right he would get very upset and not want to proceed with day. Additionally, the client had made some great decisions with transitioning from activity to another. The client usually doesn’t have any issues with trying to transition. However, if he is in the middle of completing his worksheet sometimes it is very difficult for him to put it aside and not allow him to complete it. This is trigger for him when he is unable to complete his task when moving to another activity. The BC suggested that the BHT provide him with a warning timer to let him know when his time is almost up. While outside the client tends to try and compete with other peers. Due to the holiday many of the peers weren’t at the center today so he had no one to compete. The teacher encouraged him to play with them as he did.

In this observation, the client was present with the BHT. Building a rapport was needed. A new BHT has begun working with the client and has developed some rapport with the client. The client has been receptive to getting a new client. This has been working very well in terms of learning how the client would react to the new BHT. While completing some of the programs. The client has been able to master a few programs but in essence unable to master other programs. BHT spoke with the BC about implement some new programs as for some of the old programs might not work at this particular time. Taking baby steps with the client was probably the best way to see some progression. In this progression the client would be able to focus on the things that he is good at instead of focusing on things that is a challenge for him.

In this observation, the client was working with her BHT. For most of the DTI the client was receptive but needed some redirection. The client had a difficult time focusing on the programs and needed some redirection for most of it. The BHT continued to work with the client on learning how to work with the client. Additionally, the client was able to complete some of her DTI programs with the ability to focus when it was something that she wanted to do. However, when it came to something that she didn’t want to do she tended to struggle. With getting up from her sit. Running around the classroom with taking things off the shelfs and throwing them on the floor. The client was guided to her chair and asked if she wanted to take or break or needed to take a break. She than stated, “break”. When she said this the BHT and BC provided her with a break that she needed. When she was finished with her break the client than was able to go back to her programs. Once she completed her programs she was able to transition smoothly from the program to circle time. While in circle time the client had a difficult time focusing. So she had to be removed from the circle and sat a table that was in eye sight of the circle time. She was finished with this activity she than got ready for lunch. While in lunch she pointed out the food that she wanted.

In this observation, the client participated in his routine activities. The client was able to make good decisions while participating in his groups. He would listen to the teacher and the BHT. Even with a change of BHT the client has been able to adjust very with bht. The client has been a great job with learning how to adjust to new surroundings such as making great decisions when he is transitioning from thing to another. In speaking with the client he was help that he would be going home soon. Stated that he had an long day. BHT had mentioned that he has participated in his classroom with no program.

In this observation, the client participated in both his aba and classroom programs. However, early in the morning the client tends to participate in programs with his BHT. The client has been able to build a great rapport with the client and is working on some of the things that they left off on. The client has been able to also make great decisions regarding allowing the trying to make decisions in regard to playing his iPad and completing his programs. Regarding completing his programs, the client has been able to master many other programs that are being presented to him. There have been on a occasion times where in the if you don’t find it but in the BC has tried to challenge the client with new programs but he has mastered them as well. The client has been able to be compliant to some of the things that have been presented to him. The client will continue to make great progress with the consistency of making the right decisions when it comes to DTI. DTI has been something that the client has been doing very well in. His focus is great even when there is a lot of things going on at time with other clients that are in the classroom. When the client transitions from ABA to classroom. He is more attentive and aware of what is going on. He socializes with his peers and acts age appropriate.

In this observation, client seemed to be very active in regards to motor skills. However, she seemed to eager to want to participate in each of the DTI sessions. She still have some difficulty with expression. She tends to know how to say the word but doesn’t understand all the time what it means. Emily tends to be very open to wanting to participate in each of the programs that are being presented to her but it’s easily distracted at times by her peers. She tends to go into her little shelter that she has made with the BHT and continues to complete her programs. However the client transitioning skills tend to be very difficult at this time due to the client being over stimulated and not being aware of the transitioning at the time parent. The client still is learning how to use functional play when she is outside she does have some difficulty with learning how to play with other children but she’s learning a positive way to do it
