Computation of Percentages:
Look for total observations and then divide each observation by the total observation and multiply with 100 to get percentage.
Total=15
Male: 5/15*100=33.33%=33%
Note: If the decimal is greater than 50 (>50) then round-off to 1 and add to the existing number.
Female:10/15*100=66.66%=67%
Total=15/15*100=100%

Interpretation: Based on Fig.1 it can be inferred that the respondents are distributed on gender basis. 67% of the respondents comprise of female and 33% males…….

Interpretation: Based on the observations drawn from Fig.2 it can be interpreted that the percentage distribution of respondents comprises of managers, employees, guest and others. Managers consists of 7% among the total respondents….
