PERSONA 1

Charlie Wilson is a software engineer in Chesapeake, Virginia, who works for a government contracting agency. He is in a hurry to prepare for an afternoon talk about a security application he just made. He is tired and needs to eat food to start the day. Even though Charlie has gotten food online from other places, he has never used Sunrise Pizza’s website.
