Stakeholders: Dean of the School of Business, Online learners taking BUS101, in-person leaners of BUS 101

Taking place over 1 semester, online learners and in-person learners will be given the same resources and lectures. Motivation, attendance, and grades will be monitored. 3 appraisals will be conducted at 4 weeks, 8 weeks and 12 weeks to gage motivation and student statistics

Issue: Online program is new to the university and already is seeing a difference in grades between in-person and online learning. Concern is the level of student motivation with learning and the access to the same knowledge.
