THE COMMUNICATION CYCLE
Communications play a vital role in emergency operations and also have a significant impact on personnel and organizational structure. A lack of communication in an emergency can lead to a life-threatening situation. In CRM, the circle of success describes a communication model designed to allow team members to gain a shared understanding in the culture of learning and self-respect.
