You have the opportunity to attend a conference for professional
development in your area of expertise and you want to submit a request
(prior to the conference) for the expenses to be covered by your
employer. Conference expenses include the following:

Airfare or mileage from the region where you live to St. Louis, MO

Three nights in a hotel in downtown St. Louis, MO (close to America’s Convention Center Complex)

Taxi fare from the airport to your hotel and from your hotel back to the airport (either Uber or Lyft)

One dinner and one breakfast (all other meals are included in the conference)

Conference fee – $350

grand total (including the conference fee) for your trip. Include
