The signature assignment should be 2-3 pages double spaced with size 12 font. This will count towards 20 points towards your final grade and is not a regular assignment.
Assignment: Write a self reflection on your fitness journal through weight training. Include your knowledge on safety, muscles, stretching, technique, dealing with challenges, goals, motivation, and physical changes. Please include any vocabulary or terms we have discussed throughout the semester. Analyze your progress from the beginning to a marker point. If you notice, I did not use the word end, because I hope you continue your program once the course is over. Discuss what you liked, didn’t like, and your future plans. Also what would you have done differently during your plan. Feel free to include any other information, the goal of this assignment is to reflect and plan ahead.
