Write a reflection/reaction to the following article. Demonstrate strong critical thinking skills and state whether you agree or disagree with the views below: 
The value of a team is different inputs create out of the box solutions. Being able to build off others ideas to create a solution that fits best. This can be challenged in one aspect of group work referred to as groupthink. Groupthink is psychological concept defined as the practice of thinking or making decisions as a group in a way that discourages creativity or individual responsibility. Essentially, ideas and ideals begin to be universally held from everyone within a group.  Meaning, the group is really limited and not able to generate new out of the box ideas. Typically this happens due to a clash in personalities. A more extroverted individual is more likely to dominate the conversation leading others to just agree because it is easier. This can create stagnation in a group setting, limiting variation of ideas from being produced.
 
One way to deter this phenomenon is conversation. Requiring everyone to give their opinion from the very beginning. The more discussion happens, the more likely unique ideas and individuality will exist. This is a really peculiar phenomenon. Ive attached a very interesting read on the subject.
