1. In this activity we will examine the issue of the midlife crisis. Read more about this issue at: (Midlife Crisis ) and  Healthy Aging.
2. Find a book, a movie or television show that shows characters in midlife. (Be sure the ages are midlife.)
3. How do each of the main characters navigate the issue of the midlife crisis? Be sure to relate each to one of the theories of midlife.
4. Also, based on the textbook, readings, and media address whether how the midlife crisis is depicted (in your specific example) is based on societies “typical” view of a midlife crisis or on the “realistic” side of midlife crisis.
