Follow-up question to week 7’s discussion question – BMGT 380

You mentioned there are various forms of agency relationships, what are they and what type of agent would Tacy be if hired as an independent contractor? Also, did you consider the difference in both contract and tort liability that falls to Clean based upon the type of relationship created? What are the differences?
