i only need around 100-150 words for this question “Why is communication so important for leaders?” with my withing style.
Can you paraphrase the writing below for me and remember this is a presentation. First, to start with, I want to talk about what is conflict.
Conflict is a disagreement between two or more people with different ideas, beliefs, goals, values and attitudes.

Communication plays a big role in conflict management. Poor communication always leads to misunderstanding and conflict. In today’s society, we have to work cooperatively with others. A good communicator finds it easier to put forth his ideas clearly. In this way, there will be fewer misunderstandings, which can lead to bad feelings as well as lost time and effort. In addition, a person with good communication skills is a good mediator and negotiator. He or she can play a valuable role in resolving disputes and enhancing cooperation. This means that a good communicator is often a natural leader. Finally, with good communication skills, it is easier to persuade others to accept your point of view. Having your views and plans approved of by others is a vital step on the way to success.

However, sometimes conflict may be a good thing to happen. For example, it is good for decision making and finding solutions. It also adds to new perspectives and simulates people to be creative. New ideas sometimes come from human conflict, argument and debate. Moreover, it helps people to be good at listening and practice communication skills. Being a good listener to remain calm, rational and accepting of other ideas is the key to win the conflict. Listening enables us to get the information we need to make smart decisions and against their points.

Conflict resolution techniques
Some of the conflict resolution techniques are as follow:
Avoiding

(The avoiding style of conflict management usually indicates that people pay less attention to themselves and others, and do not communicate directly about the conflict)

The problem was ignored, nobody gets what they need

Accommodating

Meet the other person’s needs and one is willing to compromise

Dominating

Only one person gets what he/she wants using  power, the right, relationship, etc.

Compromising

(Compromising may help conflicting parties come to a resolution, but neither may be completely satisfied if they each had to give something up)

Both parties give up on something what they need and get some what they want

Mediation: Another party is involved to help them come to an agreement by clarifying issues, and understand each other’s point of view. The mediator can assist the parties to reach an agreement, but do not force the parties to reach on the solution.

Arbitration: Another party is involved to help them come to an agreement and make the final decision for them and both parties need to obey.

Collaboration

The win-win solution, which both parties work together to find a solution that they are all satisfied with.
