Self-Disclosure is a very important part in building successful relationships and, as we have learned, the depth and breadth of our disclosures usually takes time and trust. Sometimes, anonymity makes it easier for us to share deeply personal information or confessions since we don’t run the risk of encountering the person in real life. This is one reason why online self disclosure is so much different than with those to whom we are genuinely and intimately connected.

You can use a scene from a favorite movie or show – or some other reference that illustrates what you’re talking about. Hope you enjoy this assignment and thinking about your self identity and illustrating how self disclosure is an important part of that process.
