*You have worked at your current agency as a therapist for going on five years.  Last month, a new clinician started and you have noticed some “odd” behaviors.  Whenever she goes through a door-way, she turns around and goes through two more times.  Every time our team meetings are over in the conference room, she switches the light off and on five times before leaving.  You have only had minimal conversations with her and you contemplate according to the Code of Ethics whether or not you have a responsibility to the agency to bring this to the attention of your supervisor.  Share with me how you would go about knowing what to do in this situation as a professional and what sources you used to solve this situation.
