I am creating a dashboard and need you to edit it and add some simple stuff in order to present it

Would you please add variables from productivity, process improvement, and workforce? You can get these variables from the attached data set. If you see any blank variables, add those too. Also, we can skip the data sources, and We can add the name of the agency and year. We can modify/improve this dashboard with time. Our next step will be to fill this dashboard with the information we have.
I have attached the dataset and information we have and also the existing dashboard. I need you to edit it and add everything mentioned and also make it look a little more presentable and pleasing, it would be nice to have graphs too if you will be able to add that.
