Palliative care case study critique

hi i need help i wrote my assignment and my friend had a look at it and told me its bad and i just dont have the time to fix it. ive attached my essay ‘my assignment end of life care.’ The file titled ‘corrections’ is what my friend made and is a list of what wrong with it (please note she thought i was doing the other CPG care of a dying patient. ive uploaded it because the corrections still apply and you can change which CPG you want to use if you prefer the other one).

the assignment is: Students are to provide an 1800 word critique of the provided case study using only ONE CPG (of the 2 provided: End of life care or Care of a dying patient)

To complete this task you will need to discuss and critique relevant elements of the CPG and case study whilst upholding the National Palliative Care Standards (https://palliativecare.org.au/standards) and at least one of:

• NSQHS and/or

• NMBA standards

please note this assignment is not asking what palliative care is, it is a critique of how the case study was handled in regard to the one Palliative CPG you choose of the 2 attached. in the essay choose 4-6 critiques where nursing care failed to uphold the chosen CPG. For each critique, discuss how it failed to follow the National Palliative Care Standards (be specific for each critique exactly which standards were being failed and why). Also for each critique explain how it also failed a particular NSQHS or NMBA standard (again be specific what standard did it fail, how, why). Also further support how each critique failed using contemporary literature no older than 5 years.

please, read all the documents i have attached they are all important. when writing the paper the files ‘assessment two case study information’ and ‘unit outline task 2’ provide all the information on how to write the paper. The file titled ‘questions and answers’ is great for getting an idea of how to structure the essay, what to include/omit etc please read every question it will help write the essay immensely. please please refer to the marking rubric located in unit outline when writing the essay. that is what is being assessed if its not in the rubric it wont be mark = loss of marks. the Advanced Care Directive shows what the patient was expecting in his care and it will help for you to see how that compares to his actual care. (clarified more in the file title questions and answers)
