Review the CASE STUDY ATTACHED involving Grandma Theresa. Respond to the following questions, citing examples where necessary: What is the rationale for assigning a case manager (Mrs. Jones) to Grandma Theresa? What are the possible problems that may arise without Mrs. Jones as part of the caregiving team?

Citing examples, discuss why Grandma Theresa needs both geriatric and gerontology care, clearly delineating between the two terms.
