A program needs analysis should be the first step taken to establish whether or not a media project is actually needed. Do you have any examples of media projects that may have skipped this step and don’t really seem necessary? Perhaps another method would have been more effective in solving the problem or the media project doesn’t properly hit its target. Or, try the positive side…any examples of media projects that work?
