An essay in Masters on Education and the law as per given title, please. Reference to the Maltese law compared to international law as per rubric.
And very important we need to reger to the article if the law shown in title and applied to what happens in schools..
So the essay title is this:

Describe the essential elements and principles of the General Data Protection Regulation and apply them to school situations. It is important to refer to S.L. 586.07 (On what basis can one collect data? What do the data subjects need to know when data is being collected? How does one decide for how long one can keep data? Can data be shared? With whom?

It has to be between 2500 and 2700 words ( not including references). It should include some citations, mainly extracts from the law. I reside in malta so reference should be made to the MALTESE law as well as reference to international law.

Communication Style (20%) Writing is easy to follow and well organised into paragraphs. There is flow of arguments and word limit is adhered 18-20 marks

Analysis/Critique of the topic (40%) Analysis of topic is thorough; writing reflects deep thought and critical assessment and solid arguments. 36-40 marks

Reference to similar scenarios/foreign legislation (10%) The research provided is supportive of author’s argument, is from a credible source. Author made excellent comparison with similar scenarios/legislation. 9-10 marks

Proposals (20%) Good and well based proposals are made to improve the current legislation. 18-20 marks
