Your company recently went through a
global merger or acquisition in which at least one of the parties
involved was from one of the following countries (Saudi Arabia, Egypt,
or Cuba). You need to create a PowerPoint presentation that you will
present to the Board to describe the rationale behind the merger or
acquisition.
Refer to the attached document for assignment details and grading rubric.
For this assignment, you can develop
your research based on (1) two hypothetical businesses (2) two existing
businesses, or (3) a combination of (1) and (2).
For example, company one Marriott in the U.S., company two Voco Hotel in Saudi Arabia.
