challenge Letter Memo

Teachers face questions, concerns and challenges from parents, peers, and administration regarding teaching practices or procedures.  In the real world, you would most likely respond in person.  Because meetings with parents can be tense, you want to be prepared for conflict so that you and the parent can work together. 2.As this is a writing course, you will be responding with a letter or memo.  Tone and diplomacy remain important.  If you are writing a letter to a parent, recognize their concern, and if you are writing to change a policy in the schools, be aware that the people reading your memo may have developed and still support the policy.3.Actual teachers submitted the topics below.  You will choose a topic from the list and write a memo or letter defending an educational/instructional action, procedure, or practice.  Consider your target audience, briefly address the issue, and present your response.  The 500 to 700-word letter or memo must include at least three database articles and the APA formatted citations. Topic: Parents of children in your early childhood classroom are questioning your practice of not assigning homework.
