Company morale and the grapevine have an effect on a company’s well being.  Provide an example of how the grapevine caused upheaval or concern in your company’s workforce, and comment on the way lower, middle, or upper management addressed the issue.  Did they address it effectively and promptly? or did they let it “fester” until it was an issue of even greater concern?  What would you have done differently and why?
