CPE Project Part 1: Annotated Bibliography

The clinical practice experience (CPE) project involves the creation of an evidence-based job description using the QSEN competencies. Part one of the project includes a complete literature search using the LIRN library databases and internet search of current job descriptions for the entry level RN and QSEN competencies. The literature search must yield a minimum of five (5) current articles in support of the development of the evidence-based job description. After the articles have been selected, complete an annotated bibliography.
