Assess the client in the case study and identify their care needs. Be sure to include an analysis of the impact of the biopsychosocial and pathophysiological responses of the client to complex alterations in their health (Maximum 500 words).
Demonstrate understanding of collaborative care needs of the client in the case study and the use of diagnostic procedures and therapeutic interventions to determine the extent of the client’s responses to complex alterations in health (Maximum 500 words).
Prioritise the nursing care needs of the client in the case study. This will have quite a few subheadings within., (you may referr to the attached assignment for more clarification.) Develop a plan of care for your client for your 8 hour shift that recognises the special needs of this client. Please note, this should not be a nursing care plan but a plan of what you would do for the client in the case study and the priorities in which you would do them during your 8 hour shift.
