The readers of your blog are interested in college but have never attended.They have decided to attend an online orientation.After the orientation, the advisor suggested they read the campus blog to get a feel for what classes are like. Your post will be on that blog.
You will write a post showing what it is like to learn in college classes.That is your topic.You have to write about the fact that most college classes require you to not only be competent in knowledge-getting but also in knowledge-making.Your readers won’t have the experience to know this.
Option #1:
Write a post explaining that although College classes require you to learn facts, concepts and theories, College also requires you to analyze ideas and create new knowledge.Use the terms “knowledge-getting” and “knowledge-making” in your post.Use evidence and examples from at least two different classes to illustrate to your readers what you mean.You will need to engage your readers and give needed background information. You will need an introduction and a conclusion.
Option #2:
