You should apply and engage with ideas, concepts and theories from lectures, readings, and other scholarly sources. The paper should utilize the textbook and at least 6 additional scholarly/peer reviewed articles). It should also state and respond to some counterarguments to the position taken in your paper, and the paper should make some reference to historical and or current examples of criminal justice.
