Individual reflective diary entry and personal development plan
This assessment is made of two parts:
Part A- Individual reflection and review
Each student is required to write a reflective journal or diary of their experiences managing or involvement in any operation: function/party/activity/input/process/output or delivery. The operations will be based on case study scenarios and (simulation) activities designed for student-led workshops. Based on these activities, each student will indicate in the table below what learning outcome (s) they have achieved during the session and describe how these learning outcome(s) were achieved. Students will also indicate what action they took, what went well and what did not go well. This must include a reflection of what they would do differently/better in the future and any lessons they have learned from the session/experience.
