Healthcare Leadership Case Study Proposal Draft

At this time I am looking for a draft which shows:Aim, Objectives and Research Question

Defining a clear research question, aim and objectives is a crucial step in your research project. However, these terms are often confused.The research question formulates a research area that you want to investigate. The scope of the question is informed by your research aim and your research objectives.

A research aim expresses the intention or an aspiration of the research study; it summarises in a single sentence what you hope to achieve at the end of a research project. Your aim should be specific and phrased in such a way that it is possible to identify when it has been achieved.

Research objectives outline the specific steps that you will take to achieve your research aim. Objectives define the what, why, who, when and how questions. You should check your objectives regularly during your research project to ensure you are staying focused, and decide if you need to review or revise them. Once you have defined your objectives, consider whether each is possible and if the number of objectives is realistic (as a guide, there should be between three and five objectives derived from the aim).This should then also be shown in the Focus Drive Methodology Chart as in example attached in Cherish Draft Methodology ppx attachment.The research question i have done needs to be summarised, shortened and maybe can remove one aspect. It is provisionally as follows:”How can I, as a middle leader, influence effective team working and support therapists in their role that includes continually providing effective therapy to patients; after they have also experienced the greatest impact from the effects of isolation from their workplaces as a result of working from home due to the pandemic whilst simultaneously improving the service”

I have also attached more resources that will be required for the proposal itself and the main dissertation for writes information.I also have an audio file that i am failing to attach. I am hoping that this writer will be able to do the 3000 word proposal which i will order sometime before mid November as its due first week of January and then the 10 000 word dissertation i will order when feedback for proposal comes back – which i will order in January for April submissionI will provide more information as required for the proposal and dissertation.
