In this reflective written exercise, you will employ the skill of self-examination/analysis. Through this process you will think critically about the self-care strategies that you currently employ and your well-being, especially about issues such as your progress in identifying the need for self-care, the difficulties you encountered during the process, the strategies you used to overcome those difficulties, and your evaluation of your own self-care from the beginning to the end of the course.
This assignment will facilitate your introspection and enrich your thinking in a holistic way. Keep in mind that there are no correct or incorrect answers. The grade you receive will indicate how well you demonstrated reflective thought and analysis.
The reflective self-care exercise has five questions and is timed (60 minutes). Your response is to be approximately 25-50 words in length for each question. Take your time and really consider the questions.
