In-depth Paper
The topic(s) of the in-depth paper shall addresses the content/purpose of the 740 course (Organizational Dynamics) and focus on dynamic capabilities.
The in-depth paper should be 14 to 18 pages in length excluding the table of contents, abstract, and references pages and should use APAv7. The in-depth paper assignment is worth 30% of the course grade.
In-depth paper should involve a synthesis of the scholarly literature (a “deep dive” into your subject area) from which you should be able to make an arguments for the conclusions you draw based on your critical analysis of the literature.
In addition to the five content items of the in-depth paper identified by the DEL Learning Guide, your paper should have a sixth content item: identify how the DEL 740 course, including the in-depth paper, may inform or modify your leadership model. This sixth element should be a one paragraph appendix to your paper no longer than 125 words.
