This case write-up will allow you the opportunity to assess an entrepreneurial business’s motivations and ability to grow.  You will essentially answer the question:  is this firm ready to grow?  If yes, why?  If not, what does it need to do to be ready to grow?
Read the case on 3 Feller’s Bakery from Hess, pages 45 to 52
