Instead of the standard exam for Unit #8, you will submit a one page report. For this report, you will pick an organism (except homo sapiens) that is a member of one of the groups covered in chapters 16, 17, 18 or 19 and discuss some of the interesting biological features of this organism.  Be sure to explian why you find this particular organism interesting and why it is classified as being a member of its particular kingdom. This report is worth 20 points.  To submit your report, you will go to the Assignment link (on the navigation bar) and click on the folder entitled “Unit 8 Assignment”.  You can upload a file into this folder.  The paper must be in your own words.  You will lose points if plagiarism is detected. Include citations.
