Issue Critique Assignment Instructions 
Take the work you did in Reflection #1, see attached and compare it with an issue specifically in missions or humanitarian aviation that has undertones of stigma or blame. Note: You can infer these undertones if the issue or source doesn’t explicitly include stigma or blame as presented by the author.  
The goal of the assignment is to expand your critical thinking and comparative analysis skills as you understand influences of political, regulatory, economic, or other issues upon aviation safety. The assignment provides a path toward additional course/capstone work. Include a minimum of three scholarly sources no older than 5 years (unless earlier sources are pertinent, which you will need to explain why). 
ATTENTION!!!!! My professor asked that adopt a style of making your citation in the first sentence of each paragraph rather than the last. This aligns better with the seventh APA version., this is very important.
