To prepare a complete scientific report based on lesson learned in the course and deliver an oral presentation on a topic related to Information Technology major.
To evaluate the teamwork carried out in Assignment/Project, the detailed subsections to be added that explaining individual contributions made by the students.
Project Proposal [Due Date: 30th Sep 2021] [Marks: 5]
Write Project Proposal of a topic related to Information Technology.
You should submit a COMPREHNSIVE proposal (hardcopy) + (Softcopy through BlackBoard) with full clarification of your topic.
Reference: Textbook Chapter 22.
Main Report [Due Date: 2nd Dec 2021] [Marks: 10]
Report Component 1 (Title page, Abstract, Table of Content, Executive Summary)
Report Component 2 (main content)
Report Component 3 (Glossary, Index, Bibliography, Appendix)
Report Component 4 (Provide the screenshot of any collaborative software that you have used to show your teamwork as an evidence)
The checklist in preparing report is given below:

Discussion (body of report comprised on different chapters)

Style of Report:
You must follow style consistency as:
Spacing: maximum of 1.5
Fonts: Times New Roman / Ariel
Text font size: 12
Main Heading: bold 20-24
Sub heading: bold 16-18
Margins: Normal (in MS Word)
Header and Footer with page numbers in English
Text should be justified (aligned the text inside headings)
Note: Marks will be deducted if any of the above conditions are not met.
Presentation [Marks: 5]
Prepare and Present your work.
Be careful about method of delivering the content. (watch out your tone, style, pace, wordings etc.)
Strictly follow the timings otherwise it will lead to marks deduction. (group presentation time: 20 minutes, each student should present her part in 4 minutes)
Be prepared for equipment failure in case.
Read chapter 23 from book for more information on presentation.
Schedule of Presentations will be announced later.
Each team or group should consist of 5 to 6 students including the team leader.
Groups must be registered online through Blackboard
All your submissions must include your academic information (Name, ID, Group Name).
Each member of the team must participate equally in the project. Otherwise, if a student didn’t participated well in its team’s project marks will be deducted according to the inactive student’s participation.
The team leader is responsible fully of dividing the work equally between members and reporting any inactive student.
In case of continuous low performance of certain inactive students in their groups, those students will be separated into new groups to finish the rest of their project by their own.
Your work should present the effort of 5-6 students.
Assessment will be reflected with the highly competitive projects to be expected!
