Module 3 has dealt with an expanding nation, both geographically and politically.  As America grew, some groups gained power (Jackson’s Common Man, for example) at the expense of others (notably slaves and Native Americans) while another demographic (women) struggled to be included at all.  In keeping with this theme, select two documents from Chapter 10-11 that illustrate different points of view to craft a 1-2 page discussion that compares the perspectives and addresses how those perspectives impacted the politics and culture of the nation.  Conclude with a paragraph about historical obstacles to equality for all.
