Design your Model with the general SAP step process of Material Management, You don’t need to include all the steps. Use Lucid Charts to create your process Model. It isn’t necessary to include the exact steps
You may limit your process model to a certain segment of the process, or shorten the process to end at the step that makes sense for your model i.e. Creating a process model of the 3 Perfect Match steps. (Purchase Order, Goods Receipt, Invoice).
** Do not create the exact same process as the one you see below!

Post Payment to Vendor
Review General Ledger account balances
The Process Model Requirements.
Start Event/End Event
At least 12 tasks
Three Gateways At least one Exclusive Gateway
At least one Paralleled Gateway

Color code the SAP Path (MM, FI)
Include a legend or swim lanes for the SAP Path
Overall Design- Easy to read, color contrast
Upload as a pdf or a jpeg on the upper right corner of this page
