NUR330- Week 4: Assignment Clinical Practice Contract #1

As part of the clinical practice experience, the student will interview three separate members of one’s community. Examples include: police officer, firefighter, school teacher, mechanic, librarian, business owner, store manager, mayor, or city council member. This must be a person who has a stake in the student’s community. Other options must be approved by the instructor. The student will then use the information from the interviews to complete an assessment. Prior to each interview, the student must obtain permission via a completed CPE contract.

Three contracts are required and should be submitted separately.

The completed CPE contracts must be submitted prior to submission of part three of the CPE project or the student will receive a score of zero (0) for the project.
