NURS 340 CPE Project Part 4: Evidence-Based Job Description

The clinical practice experience (CPE) project involves the creation of an evidence-based job description using the QSEN competencies. Part four of the project is the evidence-based job description. Using this template, create a competency-based job description for an entry-level RN. The job description should include QSEN competencies and knowledge, skills, and attitudes for the RN.

Please note: The Clinical Practice Experience (CPE) contract must be completed and submitted through the course Learning Management System (LMS), prior to the Nurse Leader Interview. If the CPE contract is not graded as “complete,” this assignment will receive a zero grade.
