NURS 340 CPE Project Part 5: Project Synthesis

The clinical practice experience (CPE) project involved the creation of an evidence-based job description using the QSEN competencies. Part five of the project includes a synthesis of the evidence, nurse leader interview, and final job description based upon the knowledge, skills, and attitudes inherent in the QSEN competencies. The project synthesis should incorporate faculty feedback and be organized in the following order:

• Title page
• Table of Contents
• Introduction
• Analysis of Evidence
• Nurse Leader Interview
• Evidenced-based Entry-level RN Job Description
• Conclusion
• References
• Appendix A: Annotated Bibliography

Please note: The Clinical Practice Experience (CPE) contract must be completed and submitted through the course Learning Management System (LMS), prior to the Nurse Leader Interview. If the CPE contract is not graded as “complete,” this assignment will receive a zero grade.
