One of the topics we will study this week deals with admitting and suppressing evidence.  What types of evidence is discoverable in the U.S. criminal system?  What types of evidence is not discoverable in a criminal case?  Do you think that privileged communications are a “get out of jail free card?”  Do you think that prosecutors should be required to turn over evidence to the defense?
