PAF 311 leadership and change

This week, we provided distinction between leadership and management, and how these tactics can drive organizational outcomes/performance.
In approximately one to two pages, please reflect on the following items:
Describe why you are interested in the topic of leadership, management, and change, as well as describe why you decided to take this course. Explain any past exposure to the subject. Share any goals of what you are seeking to learn in the course this semester.
During class, we discussed the differences between leadership and management. Share your thoughts on when leadership might be more important than management (and vice versa) for organizational stakeholders to deploy.
During the rest of the semester, we will be focusing on organizations engaging in transformation/change. Brainstorm a few organizations that you may want to examine throughout the term across the public, private, and/or nonprofit sectors. Share why you are interested in those 2 or 3 organizations.
