DETAILS OF THE ASSESSMENT-3- Individual Report (20%)
This is an assessment about Labor relations and labor union. You need to deliver a written report as follows:
Find a real-life case on labor relations (preferably a recent collective action taken by workers) in a foreign country. Describe the details: what happened in the case, what are the relevant laws and regulations, and what were the consequences of the action. Identify and evaluate the role of labor relations teams in handling the dispute (case) and determine the factors that lead the workers (or the union) to undertake such action.
Report
Write a report that includes a summary and proper citations. It should draw from academic sources, requiring at least two books or articles, in addition to course materials. The expected length is between 2,000 and 3,000 words.
